The Programme
In this Programme, The heads of Various Govt.Deptts. in the District Visited a particular remote area on a monthly basis with a mission to :
Bring Administration closer to the people specially those living in remote, backward and most importantly insurgency prone areas.

Diminish the influence of the extremist in the rural areas and to explain to the people the need for peace and development.

The Activities
1. Putting up of stalls by various Departments to explain the Schemes/Programmes Undertaken by them.
2.Setting up of Medical Camp by District Health Officials to Provide Free Health Care and Distribution of Medicines.
3.Setting up of free Veterinary camp by District Veterinary Officials.
4.Holding of Rajah Adalat to settle land matters and also enhance collection of Land Revenue.
5.Inspection of Educational Institutions of that area
6.Hearing of Public Grievances and their Redressal on the spot as far as Practicable with the help of different departments.
7.Inspection of Developmental Schemes.
8.Environment building for peace and instill confidence among the people.
9.Educating People about protection of Environment.
10.Holding of DDC meeting in that area.
11.Highlighting Art and Culture of that area by involving local People/Artist in performing cultural programmes and recording of such programme by Doordarshan/AIR.
